Every day in NYC I see something that catches my eye, not always pleasant but usually real and often moving. In this case as soon as I hit the subway platform it’s bam, right in my face. After I snapped the photo the gent on the end said something really nasty to me but hey, I gotta do what I gotta do.

More from my new series of people on NYC Subways. This was shot coming downtown from the upper west side after the balloon inflating the night before the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Shot on my iPhone and processed on my phone using Snapseed. A really lovely moment.
